Charter 100 · Founding Cohort

One hundred seats.
Sixty days. Once.

The first one hundred paid subscribers to Bishop Capital Intelligence become Charter Members — the founding cohort of a platform we’ve spent years building and can’t wait to put in your hands. One hundred seats, privileges that will never be offered again, and a founder who will know every member by name.

The invitation

Come inside before the crowd arrives.

Bishop Capital Intelligence opens its doors this month: institutional-grade equity valuation — transparent DCF engines, capital-productivity analytics, primary-source SEC data — built for serious investors who have been priced out of the terminal world for decades. We built it because nothing like it existed at any price we’d call reasonable. We think it’s special, and we’d rather show you than tell you.

The Charter 100 is how we honor the people who show up first. Early adopters take the leap before the reviews, before the word of mouth, before the case studies — and a platform never forgets its first believers, or it doesn’t deserve them. So we’ve set aside standing, access, and permanent rewards for exactly one hundred subscribers, assigned in the order they arrive.

The essence of the Charter is access — and being known. When BCI is a name everyone recognizes, the first hundred will already be recognized: by number, and by the founder personally. That’s the entire idea.

“First is a permanent distinction. Everything else about a platform can change; who believed early never does.”
The privileges

What the first hundred receive.

PRIVILEGE 01 · THE CROWN JEWEL

The Founding-Rate Lock

Our pricing will rise as the platform expands — that is a plan, not a possibility. Charter Members are permanently exempt. The rate you subscribe at today is the rate you keep, for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Every future feature we ship makes your locked rate a better deal. New subscribers will pay what the platform is worth then; you’ll pay what it cost before anyone knew.

PRIVILEGE 02

A Numbered Charter Badge

Your membership number — Charter Member #041 of 100 — assigned in order of subscription and displayed on your account, permanently. There will only ever be one hundred. Numbers are never reissued.

PRIVILEGE 03

Concierge Onboarding with the Founder

A private working session with BCI’s founder — a former CFO with three decades in the markets — walking your workflow through the platform: your tickers, your methodology questions, your models.

PRIVILEGE 04

The Charter Council

A private channel and quarterly roadmap calls with the founder. Charter Members see what’s being considered, vote on feature prioritization, and shape what BCI becomes. The council is where the roadmap gets argued.

PRIVILEGE 05

First Access to Every Release

Charter Members receive every new feature, tool, and dataset before general availability — permanently. You will never read one of our release notes about something you don’t already have.

How it works

Three steps. No codes.

STEP 1

Choose a plan — Professional or Institutional, monthly or annual. Every paid plan qualifies.

STEP 2

Subscribe. No codes, no hoops — your first paid subscription is your claim.

STEP 3

Your number is assigned in order of subscription, and every Charter privilege activates on your account automatically.

From the founder

“I’ve spent thirty years in the markets and most of a lifetime imagining this platform. The hundred people who join first won’t be customers to me — they’ll be the founding names of something I’ve wanted to build since I was a kid hauling Value Line volumes around a public library. I intend to know every one of them, hear what they need, and make certain that being first to believe in BCI turns out to be one of the better calls they’ve made. That’s what the Charter is for.”

Questions

Charter FAQ

What happens when the 100th seat is claimed, or the window closes?

The program closes permanently. Charter privileges continue for members, but no new Charter Memberships will ever be offered — under this name or any other.

Does the free tier or the trial count toward a Charter seat?

No. Charter numbers are assigned on your first paid subscription. Trial users who convert within the program window receive the next available number at conversion.

What exactly does the Founding-Rate Lock cover?

The price of the plan you’re subscribed to is frozen at its current rate for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you upgrade later — say, Professional to Institutional — you pay the Institutional rate in effect at that time, and that rate then locks for you as well.

What if I cancel and come back?

The rate lock requires continuous subscription. If you cancel and later return, you’re warmly welcome — at then-current pricing. Your Charter number and badge remain yours; the locked rate does not survive a lapse.

Can I transfer my Charter Membership?

No. Charter Membership attaches to your account and is non-transferable.

Is there a launch discount?

No. Charter privileges add to what your subscription includes — permanent rate protection, access, and standing — rather than reducing what it costs. It’s how we chose to reward being first.

The fine print

Charter 100 Program Terms

Program Terms · v1.0

  1. Program definition. The Charter 100 Program (“Program”) is a limited founding-member program offered by Bishop Capital Intelligence, Inc. (“BCI”). The Program is available to the first one hundred (100) accounts to commence a paid subscription to any BCI plan, or until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 19, 2026, whichever occurs first (the “Program Window”).
  2. Eligibility. One Charter Membership per account and per individual. Charter numbers are assigned in the chronological order in which paid subscriptions are successfully processed. Free-tier registrations and trial periods do not confer membership; a trial that converts to a paid subscription within the Program Window qualifies at the time of conversion. BCI employees, contractors, and their immediate families are ineligible.
  3. Founding-Rate Lock. For as long as a Charter Member’s paid subscription remains continuously active, the recurring price of the Member’s then-current plan will not be increased above the rate in effect at the time the Member subscribed to that plan. If a Member changes plans, the new plan is billed at the rate in effect at the time of the change, and the lock thereafter applies to that rate. The lock terminates permanently upon cancellation, non-payment resulting in account lapse beyond any grace period BCI provides, or termination of the account for violation of BCI’s Terms of Service. The lock applies to recurring subscription fees only and does not apply to any future add-on products, usage-based fees, or separately priced services.
  4. Other privileges. The Charter badge, membership number, Charter Council access, concierge onboarding session, and early-access privileges are provided as described on this page. BCI may reasonably adjust the format or delivery method of these privileges (for example, the scheduling platform for onboarding sessions or the venue for Council discussions) but will not materially reduce their substance for active Charter Members. Early access is provided for evaluation and use; pre-release features may change before general availability.
  5. Non-transferability. Charter Membership, including all privileges and the Founding-Rate Lock, is personal to the subscribing account and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.
  6. No monetary value. Charter Membership confers no discount, credit, refund right, equity, or other monetary entitlement, and has no cash value.
  7. Relationship to other terms. The Program supplements and does not replace BCI’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, which govern all use of the platform. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control, except that the Founding-Rate Lock in Section 3 will be honored as written for eligible active Members.
  8. Nature of the service. Bishop Capital Intelligence is an equity research and valuation platform provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing in the Program or the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation with respect to any security.
  9. Program administration. BCI reserves the right to withhold or revoke membership obtained through fraud, abuse, or circumvention of the Program’s limits, and to make final determinations regarding seat counts and Window timing in the event of payment-processing disputes or reversals.
